2009’s Christmas no.1 winner’s Rage Against The Machine have asked Scottish ‘sensation’ Susan Boyle to join them on stage at their summer gig in London.
The Finsbury Park gig is in celebration of the band’s success in beating Joe McElderry, of X Factor fame, to the UK Christmas No.1 Slot. The band’s frontman Zac De La Rocha has said he would like Boyle to sing ‘Killing In The Name’ as a peace offering to Simon Cowell, who signed both Boyle & McElderry.
Talking to The Sun, the singer said “I really hope there are no hard feelings with Simon. He seemed to think that it was a bullying campaign but the truth is the British people wanted a change”. De La Rocha continued that it would be an honour to perform on stage with her, adding “she is hot” and that “she can add her vocals to anything”.
Stereoboard Towers are all for this...though if she gets bottled off stage by the Rage fans then don’t say we didn’t warn you Susan.
