Hotly tipped Scottish four piece Kassidy have announced they will embark upon a UK & Ireland tour in May and June.
The Glasgow based indie-rockers, with renowned producer Jim Abiss (Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Noisettes, Stereophonics) at the helm, are about to make a big splash in 2010.
The band will be releasing their first single, 'Stray Cat' on Vertigo Records on May 24th (check out the video below!), and will play the following dates:

23rd May - Warehouse, Aberdeen
25th May - Doghouse, Dundee
26th May - Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh
27th May - Ricos, Greenrock
28th May - Oran Mor, Glasgow

01st June - O2 Academy 3, Birmingham
02nd June - Monto Water Rats, London
03rd June - Night and Day, Manchester
04th June - Cooler, Bristol
05th June - Brudenell Social Club, Leeds
Kassidy are touring with The Boy Who Trapped the Sun, and will also be appearing at the T in the Park festival in Scotland on June 11th.
