Neko Case is an American indie-rock and alternative country singer-songwriter hailing from Alexandria, Virginia. Known for her part in Canadian outfit The New Pornographers as well as her successful solo career, she's a talented singer, guitarist, pianist, and percussion-player.
Her debut album 'The Virginian', recorded alongside Her Boyfriends, was released in 1997 - she's since put out a load of EPs, albums, live records, gaining even more publicity and fans with each release. Her 2009 record 'Middle Cyclone' managed to make the #3 spot in the US, and was followed up by 'The Worse Things Get, The Harder I Fight, The Harder I Fight, The More I Love You' in 2013. Fresh from albums with the New Pornographers and as a part of the Case/Lang/Veirs group, Neko Case is back in 2018 with a brand new record, titled Hell-On, which hit shelves in June through Anti-. She supports it with a handful of UK performances in November, following the 'Hell on Tour' of the US, and has now confirmed more North American tour dates that take her into 2019, as well as dates Down Under following those.
