Pedro The Lion are an indie-rock band based in Seattle, Washington.
Formed in 1995 by main creative force David Bazan, the group featured a number of musicians and members over the years, releasing four records before announcing their split in 2006. Although Bazan continued to make music as a solo artist, the band returned in 2017, going on to drop a further three albums, with the latest being 'Santa Cruz' in 2024. Pedro The Lion have announced they will embark on their first European tour in 20 years in September 2024, which includes stops in Leeds and London.
