Launched in 1996, the event operated under the names Holidays in the Sun and Wasted, before the Rebellion Festival we know today was born in 2007. In the past, it has played host to acts such as Stiff Little Fingers, Peter Hook & The Light, Buzzcocks, The Damned, Descendants, Rancid, Gogol Bordello, The Exploited, Cockney Rejects, UK Subs, The Menzingers, The Stranglers and many more!
