Skindred are a reggae-metal band from Newport, Wales.
Formed in 1998 after frontman Benji Webbe’s previous band Dub War split, they’ve gone on to become an internationally successful group, known for their unique blend of metal with jungle, hip hop, hardcore, ska and drum & bass. They have released eight albums to date, with the most recent being 2023's 'Smile'. Skindred will hit the road for the Smile (Again) UK Tour in autumn 2024.
