Matt & Kim To Release New Album 'Sidewalks' Spring 2011 - Free Download

Having debuted in the iTunes Mainstream chart at #3, the iTunes Alternative chart at #1 and Billboard Top 200 at #30 on it's US release earlier this year, New York duo Matt & Kim’s highly anticipated third full-length effort, 'Sidewalks' arrives in the UK in Spring 2011.

Featuring 10 original tracks, 'Sidewalks' was recorded earlier in 2010 with producer Ben Allen in his Atlanta, GA studio and Oliver Strauss in New York. 'Sidewalks' is the follow-up to 'Grand', released in 2008 in US via the FADER Label. 'Grand' has sold over 100K copies to date, sitting on the New Artist chart for 78 weeks.

'Grand's stand-out tracks were ‘Lessons Learned’, the duo’s huge single which won an MTV VMA for Breakthrough Video in 2009 and featured Matt & Kim stripping naked in Times Square, NYC, and ‘Daylight’, which has clocked-up nearly 6 million views on YouTube, selling over 500K and achieving Gold status.

'Sidewalks' tracklisting is as follows:

Block After Block
AM/FM Sound
Cameras
Red Paint
Where You’re Coming From
Good for Great
Northeast
Wires
Silver Tiles
Ice Melts
