Elbow Release Beatles Cover From John Lewis Christmas Advert

Elbow have released a cover of the Beatles’ Golden Slumbers.
The song soundtracks the new John Lewis Christmas advert, from director Michel Gondry, and will be included on the band’s new best of, which is out on November 24.
"This project was such a pleasure," vocalist Guy Garvey said. "The director Michel Gondry and the Beatles did all the work for us. We are really proud to be involved."
Elbow will play arena shows next spring in Dublin, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and London, with John Grant set to open.
