Hot Chip Announce New Album 'A Bath Full of Ecstasy' And Accompanying Tour Dates

Hot Chip will release a new album this summer.
'A Bath Full of Ecstasy' is due to arrive on June 21 through Domino. It marks the first time the band have let outside producers into the studio, welcoming Philippe Zdar, who’s worked with Cassius and Phoenix, and Rodaidh McDonald, who’s collaborated with the XX, David Byrne and Sampha, to name a few.
Head below to watch the cinematic video for the record's first single, Hungry Child. It was written and directed by Saman Kesh, and stars Martin Starr and Milana Vayntrub. The track, meanwhile, fuses house with UK garage influence, while retaining the undeniable Hot Chip touch.

Hot Chip are part way through their spring UK tour and have a busy few months ahead with shows and festival sets in the US, Europe and the UK.
They've also announced new tour dates in North America, Europe, the UK and Ireland for the autumn. Tickets go on sale at 10am local time on April 12.
