A track has been shared from Leonard Cohen's posthumous LP.
Happens To The Heart features on 'Thanks For The Dance', which is scheduled for release on November 22 and contains new material from the legendary songwriter's final poems and sketches. It's fleshed out by contributions from his son, Adam Cohen, along with touring member Javier Mas, Damien Rice, Leslie Feist, Beck, Richard Reed Parry of Arcade Fire, Bryce Dessner of the National, composer Dustin O’Halloran, the Cantus Domus choir, the Stargaze orchestra and more.
The new five-minute track is a dark, contemplative folk offering and comes with a video produced by Nowness and directed by Sia collaborator Daniel Askill. It follows the previously shared lead single, The Goal, which arrived in September.
