Giving us a further glimpse into the sound of her forthcoming LP, 'ALICIA', Love Looks Better finds the singer-songwriter's signature vocals taking centre stage over a catchy, piano-driven melody and pounding percussion.
Co-written and co-produced by the 15-time Grammy winner with OneRepublic vocalist Ryan Tedder, the track follows Keys' collaboration with Khalid, So Done. She said:
"This song has such an energy! It really talks about how busy we’ve become, how fast we got used to moving, and now we realize that my love looks better on you. It’s time to really be present for each other. It feels like something we can all understand now. It’s the perfect energy heading into the release of my new album 'ALICIA'."
Back in July, Keys rescheduled her UK and Ireland tour dates to June 2021 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her seventh studio album, meanwhile, is expected to arrive via RCA Records before the end of the year, although a date is still to be announced.
