Savages' Jehnny Beth And Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie Team Up For New Album 'Utopian Ashes'

Savages vocalist Jehnny Beth and Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie will release a collaborative album this summer.
'Utopian Ashes' is due to arrive on July 2 through Sony. Alongside news of the record, the pair have shared its first single, Remember We Were Lovers.
The track is led by a resonating bass and delicate keys while Beth and Gillespie longingly reflect on a past relationship as the song develops into a more big band affair just before its conclusion.
Beth released her debut solo album, 'To Love Is To Live', in 2020, while Primal Scream's last studio LP was 2016's 'Chaosmosis'.
