Slipknot, Faith No More, Megadeth And More Announced For Knotfest Iowa 2021

Slipknot will headline their own Knotfest in their home state of Iowa this fall.
Taking place at National Balloon Classic Field in Indianola on September 25, the event will see the masked metal giants top the bill, following sets from Faith No More, Megadeth, and Lamb Of God.
Also set to perform are $uicide Boy$, Gojira, Trivium, Tech N9ne, Fever 333, Knocked Loose, Turnstile, Vended and Gatecreeper. Tickets go on general sale at 10am (CT) on June 4. Slipknot's Shawn "Clown" Crahan said in a statement:
"A home show is always insane, but a home 'Knotfest' show will be on a whole other level. Prepare. See you soon for the new reality. Stay (sic)."
Slipknot are currently working on new music in the studio, with an update on the follow-up to 2019's 'We Are Not Your Kind' coming soon.
Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor is currently on the road with his CMFTour, inspired by his debut solo album, 'CMFT', released back in October 2020.
