X Ambassadors have shared details of their third studio album.
'The Beautiful Liar' will arrive on September 24 and feature the previously shared song My Own Monster along with new single Okay.
Unfurling over an uplifting pop-leaning melody, not completely dissimilar to the stylings of Bastille, the heart-warming new cut reflects on acceptance and learning to live with the fact that something may not go your way. There's also a pretty haunting, unexpected outro. Head below to view the accompanying performance video, along with the record's cover art and tracklist. Singer Sam Nelson Harris said:
"Life is unpredictable. Things happen that are out of control all the time. We all are living in a constant state of uncertainty. And yet… I say it all the time. 'Everything's gonna be okay.'"
The band put out a three-song project, '(Eg)', earlier in 2021, though their last album was 2019's 'Orion'.
They'll support their new LP with a US tour this autumn, followed by shows in London and Manchester in February 2022. Tickets are on sale now.
