Wale has dropped a collaboration with J. Cole.
Poke It Out marks the pair's first team up since My Boy (Freestyle), off Wale's 2018 'Free Lunch' EP. Built around a sampled bassline from Q-Tip's 1999 hit Vivrant Thing, it finds the two stars dropping bars among some extra percussion.
The track will feature on the Washington D.C. rapper's upcoming seventh album, 'Folarin II', due out on October 22 via Warner Records, following 2019's 'Wow... That's Crazy'. It'll also include the previously shared cut Down South with Yella Beezy and Maxo Kream.
In May, J. Cole put out his album, 'The Off-Season'.
