The First 21 is one of five unheard tracks and mixes that appear on the Nikki Sixx-led band's upcoming best of album, 'Sixx:A.M. HITS', due out on October 22. The song shares its name with Sixx's new memoir that arrives a few days earlier on October 19.
The feverish rock track finds Sixx reflecting on the past with the benefit of hindsight. Its accompanying video, meanwhile, was directed by artist Lucy Dyson, who already has Paul McCartney and Beyoncé on her résumé.
