Courtney Barnett Posts New Track If I Don't Hear From You Tonight

Courtney Barnett has shared If I Don't Hear From You Tonight.
The warm, laid-back track marks the fourth and final preview of the singer-songwriter's imminent third studio album, 'Things Take Time, Take Time', due out this Friday (November 12).
Following Write A List Of Things To Look Forward To, Before You Gotta Go, and Rae Street, the new number features album co-producer Stella Mozgawa on the drums and Welsh songwriter Cate Le Bon on bass. It arrives with a video featuring all three performing the song in the desert of Joshua Tree. Barnett said:
"I think my stance in the past was like, 'There's so many love songs and they don't mean anything,' but there's something really special about zooming in on a moment and capturing it. If I Don’t Hear From You Tonight comes from the state of where my head was at — trying to communicate honestly instead of keeping [my feelings] guarded."
Barnett will support the LP with a North American tour split over two legs, joined by special guests Julia Jacklin, Ashmir and Bartees Strange on select dates.
