Heather Small has announced her first album in over a decade.
The British vocalist confirmed the details on Zoe Ball's Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2 this morning, with 'Colour My Life' set to arrive on July 29 via Warner Music UK.
The record finds the Small teaming up with producer Rupert Christie, and the London Metropolitan Orchestra, to reimagine her Top 10 hits from both her time leading M People and her solo career.
Songs featured include Moving On Up, How Can I Love You More, Search For The Hero, One Night In Heaven, Don't Look Any Further as well as the title track Colour My Life, from the '90s dance band's second single off their 1991 debut LP 'Northern Soul'.
It'll also contain new material in the form of the anthemic, vibrant pop single, Love Me Or Not, along with a cover of Paul Weller's You Do Something To Me, and a collaboration with tenor Alfie Boe on Don’t Look Any Further. Check out the cover art above.
