Beyoncé and Madonna have teamed up for a remix of Break My Soul.
The Queens Remix combines the 'Renaissance' track's dance beats with Madonna's Vogue, and features shout-outs to a list of influential black women — Lauryn Hill, Lizzo, Grace Jones, Nina Simone, Beyonce’s sister Solange, Erykah Badu, Santigold, Missy Elliott, and Alicia Keys — replacing the spoken-word list of classic Hollywood stars that the Queen Of Pop name drops in her 1990 hit.
The Queens Remix is one of several new versions of Break My Soul that Beyoncé has unveiled so far, following the previously released revamps from will.i.am, Terry Hunter, Honey Dijon, and Nita Aviance.
It marks the pair's first proper collaboration since 2015, when Beyoncé appeared in Madonna's video for Bitch I'm Madonna.
Beyoncé released 'Renaissance', the follow-up to 2016's 'Lemonade', at the end of July, and according to the Texas superstar it's 'Act I' of a "three act project."
