Coldplay Tickets For Rescheduled London Wembley Stadium Show On Sale 9.30am Today

Coldplay have rescheduled their show at London’s Wembley Stadium. Coldplay tickets for the new date go on sale at 9.30am today.
Due to planned industrial action on the London Underground network, the band have moved the performance from August 19 to August 21. All tickets will remain valid for the rearranged date, with ticket holders advised to refer to their point of purchase for refund details.
Coldplay’s other five dates at the iconic venue are set to go ahead as scheduled. The group’s management confirmed the news with a statement posted to Twitter on August 3):
"Due to planned industrial action on the London Underground network, Coldplay’s Wembley Stadium concert on Friday 19 August 2022 has had to be rescheduled for Sunday 21 August 2022.
"We have been informed that there will be insufficient transport for ticket holders on August 19 so, with regret, the event cannot be licensed for that day.
"All tickets for Friday 19 August will remain valid for Sunday 21 August.
"Any ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled show can get a full refund on their ticket and are requested to contact their point of purchase before 18:00 on Wednesday 10 August 2022.
"Any returned tickets will be put on general sale at 09:30 on Friday 12 August.
"Please note that, in addition, UK rail strikes which do not affect the London Underground network are currently planned on August 13 and 20, but the band’s Wembley shows on these dates WILL go ahead as scheduled.
"Ticket holders intending to travel by train on those days are advised to check with their rail provider before setting off and allow extra time for journeys.
"For all six upcoming Coldplay shows at Wembley Stadium, gates will open at 17:00 and the show will end at 22:30."
The quartet are touring behind their 2021 album ’Music Of The Spheres’.
