Bleu Enlists Nicki Minaj For New Single Love In The Way

Bleu, formerly known as Young Bleu, has recruited Nicki Minaj for a new single, Love In The Way.
The Afro-fusion track comes with a catchy, bouncy chorus and features a sample of the Sam Tompkins song Whole. It arrives after the pair teased the track earlier this week, sharing the artwork and dropping a snippet onto social media to excite fans.
Known for her sharp, witty wordplay, Minaj drops a quick rapped verse to open the song, which started life over a year ago after the 39-year-old topped a list of dream collaborators the 28-year-old Alabama artist shared on Twitter. "I like speaking things in existence, it seems to work," Bleu said.
It follows Bleu's 2021 album 'Moon Boy'. Since then, he put out the 'No, I'm Not OK' EP and teamed up on singles with Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and Ne-Yo, among others.
Nicki Minaj recently shared Super Freaky Girl, her first solo release since her 2020 single Yikes. Her next performance will be at the iHeart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas on September 23.
