My Mind & Me was inspired by her journals from the last few years, and shares its title with her new film, which'll be available to stream via Apple TV+ tomrrow (November 4).
The piano-led ballad finds the Texas-born singer delivering candid lyrics about her mental health. She revealed in 2020 that she had been diagnosed bi-polar disorder, and it's something that she discusses openly in the new film. In 2015, she also made public her Lupus diagnosis.
Gomez's last album was 2020's 'Rare'.
