The Bolton comedian has lined up multiple arena shows in Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Belfast, Newcastle, Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow, Cardiff and Nottingham between December 02 and August 11.
He will also perform at London’s O2 Arena on December 16, January 21, February 18, March 22, April 22, May 20, June 03, July 29, August 30, September 9, October 7 and Novemer 18, making him the first artist in the world to play a monthy show at the venue.
The comedian and actor’s 2010 outing is officially recorded in the Guinness Book Of World Records as the biggest-selling comedy tour of all time, after he performed to a staggering 1.2million people. In a statement about the new tour, he said:
“It’s good to get back to what I love doing best, stand-up comedy and if there’s ever a time people need a laugh it’s now.
“And with the cost of living at an all-time high, ticket prices are starting from £35. The same price they were on my previous tour in 2010.”
In 2017, Kay was forced to cancel his 14-month trek due to "unforeseen family circumstances", and in 2020 he pulled a run of dates in aid of Cancer Research UK due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
