Lizzy McAlpine has rescheduled the UK and European leg of her End Of The Movie Tour to August and September.
The Philadelphia indie-pop artist took to Instagram to confirm the news, explaining that the dates have been moved to allow time for her mental and physical wellbeing to recover following the US leg of the trek.
As part of the rescheduling, the singer-songwriter has announced new dates in Birmingham, Bristol and Antwerp, and an upgrade to her show in Manchester, which will now take place at the O2 Victoria Warehouse instead of the Albert Hall. Her London gigs at the O2 Forum Kentish Town have moved to September 3 and 4, though her gig at Dublin's Vicar Street has been cancelled. She said:
"Unfortunately we were unable to reschedule our Dublin, Vicar Street date, so this show is now cancelled. Please contact your point of purchase for a full refund."
Tickets for the new dates, along with extra tickets for the Manchester concert, go on general sale at 10am on May 26. Tickets already purchased will remain valid for the rearranged shows.
McAlpine is due to headline Gloucester's Barn On The Farm festival in June, ahead of an appearance at London's All Points East in August. She will also support Lewis Capaldi at Manchester's Wythenshawe Park on August 25.
In April, she released her second album, 'Five Seconds Flat', the follow-up to her 2020 debut 'Give Me A Minute'.
