Holly Johnson Announces Welcome To The Pleasuredome 40th Anniversary UK Tour

Holly Johnson will hit the road next summer for the Welcome To The Pleasuredome 40th Anniversary UK Tour.

The Frankie Goes to Hollywood singer has lined up shows at Birmingham Symphony Hall, the Royal Albert Hall in London, Bath Forum, Newcastle's O2 City Hall, Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall and the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool between June 6 and 21.

The concerts will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the band's debut album, 1984's 'Welcome to the Pleasuredome', which features the hits Relax and Two Tribes. Tickets go on general sale at 9.30am on Friday (September 13).

Alongside the tour, Johnson has also shared details of a new exhibition, The Holly Johnson Story, which will run at the Museum Of Liverpool from September 14, 2024 - July 27, 2025. It will delve into his life as a LGBTQ+ icon, as well as featuring his artwork, costumes, memorabilia and personal stories of those impacted by HIV. Head here to book tickets.
