Modest Mouse Postpone Tour Plans To Finish Album

ImageModest Mouse have postponed their upcoming tour plans in a feverish attempt to get their forthcoming new album completed.

The US indie band were due to play a number of US tour dates in August, but have now decided to stay in the studio to finish work on the follow-up to 2004's 'Good News For People Who Love Bad News'.


The band are currently recording the album in Mississippi with producer Dennis Herring who also worked on the bands previous album.

Their fifth studio offering is expected to be released later this year through Epic.
