Kasabian have announced they will be touring the UK again this Autumn. It will be their biggest tour to date, playing at some of the biggest arenas across the UK.
They kick off the tour in Newcastle at the Metro Radio Arena on November 10th, followed by gigs in Aberdeen, Glasgow, London, Liverpool, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff and concluding in Sheffield on November 23rd.
The Leicester band released their new album 'West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum' earlier this month. The album spent two weeks at the top of the album charts, being knocked off Number 1 by the late Michael Jackson.
Kasabian are arguably one of the busiest live acts on the tour circuit. Currently on a sold-out 20-date tour of smaller venues, they will be performing in Sheffield tonight (June 29th), and will conclude their current tour in London at the O2 Brixton Academy on July 17th.
They will also be performing at Wembley Stadium as the main support to Oasis in July.
Amazingly, there will also be another 2 shows in Wolverampton, at the Civic Hall, at the end of August.
The new Kasabian UK tour dates are as follows:
Nov 10 2009 - Newcastle Metro Radio Arena
Nov 11 2009 - Aberdeen AECC
Nov 12 2009 - Glasgow SECC
Nov 14 2009 - London Wembley Arena
