Fever Ray is the solo project of The Knife's Karin Elisabeth Dreijer, a singer-songwriter and record producer from Gothenburg, Sweden.
With a vocal style notable for intricate and mysterious shrill, deep, and multitracked vocals, visually she employs the use of masks, face and body paint, intricate costumes, and during performances which she often appears behind a gauze screen, that partially obscures her from view. She has released three albums to date, with the most recent arriving in the shape of 2023's 'Radical Romantics'. Fever Ray has a trio of UK shows in the diary for February/March 2024, as part of a wider European run, following a North American Tour in November 2023.
