Rising to fame after releasing a reimagined version of Nina Simone's Blackbird shortly after the killing of George Floyd in 2020, she went on to drop her debut album, 'Black Acid Soul', in 2021. Her second LP, 'Slang Spirituals', followed in 2024. Lady Blackbird will support her new album with a UK tour in January/February 2025.
