Nigel Kennedy Confirmed For Cheltenham Jazz Festival

Nigel Kennedy has joined the bill for this year’s Cheltenham Jazz Festival.
The violinist will perform the music of Jimi Hendrix accompanied by his Polish jazz band at the Cheltenham Town Hall on May 3, with Kamasi Washington, David Bowie collaborator Donny McCaslin, soul legend Randy Crawford, and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Beth Hart also set to appear at the event, which runs until May 7 at a tented festival village in Cheltenham’s Montpellier Gardens.
