The Texas trio released the track back in July, marking their second single for their new label Fueled By Ramen, and following up Funeral Grey.
The clip, meanwhile, was directed by Erik Rojas and captures the band on the road, while mirroring the song's diary-esque lyrics that detail vocalist Awsten Knight's self-imposed restrictions. Rojas commented:
"I loved collaborating with Awsten and Jawn on this one. The Waterparks live experience is so high energy and unique, and capturing its beautiful chaos for this video felt like the perfect visual pairing for Self-Sabotage."
Having recently wrapped up their Sad Summer Tour dates, they're set to embark on shows with My Chemical Romance before providing support on Blackbear'sNothing Matters Tour.
