Taylor Swift has unveiled a video for Anti-Hero.
The raw, personal track features on the pop singer-songwriter's new album, 'Midnights', and finds her on top self-scrutinising storytelling form, exploring her self-loathing insecurities, one of many themes on the record.
The clip, meanwhile, sees Swift contending with feelings and emotions described in the song, helped by her dark alter-ego, also played by Swift. It’s the first instalment of the star-studded visual album for 'Midnights', which is also set to feature Laura Dern, Dita Von Teese, and the Haim sisters, among others. On October 25, a second, unnamed 'Midnights' music video will drop.
After dropping 'Midnights' at midnight ET today (October 21), Swift subsequently surprise released 'Midnights (3am Edition)' at 3am ET, which includes the original album plus previously-unannounced numbers The Great War, Bigger Than The Whole Sky, Paris, High Infidelity, Glitch, Would've, Could've, Should've.
