Lollapalooza is an annual music festival held in Chicago's Grant Park.
Founded 1991 initially as a touring festival (by none other than Jane's Addiction frontman Perry Farrell), the event has played host to the likes of Billie Eilish, Mumford & Sons, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, The Killers, The Cure, Queens Of The Stone Age, Vampire Weekend, The National, Alt-J, Crystal Castles, Two Door Cinema Club, Ellie Goulding, Eminem, Outkast, Kings of Leon, Metallica, Green Day, Arctic Monkeys, Skrillex, Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, Twenty One Pilots, Machine Gun Kelly, Lana Del Rey, The Strokes, Royal Blood, The Kid Laroi and countless more. It now takes place in seven countries across the world. Lollapalooza will return to Chicago's Grant Park in August 2024, with headliners SZA, Megan Thee Stallion (who replaced Tyler, The Creator), Blink 182, The Killers, Future x Metro Boomin, Hozier, Stray Kids, Melanie Martinez and Skrillex.
