Nils Lofgren is an American blues rock and heartland singer-songwriter hailing from Chicago, Illinois. Born in 1951, Lofgren is a talented musician as well as singer, playing guitar, bass, keyboards, and a plethora of other instruments - many of which he’s showed off over his solo records and his time performing in Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band.
Also a member of Crazy Horse and the frontman of Grin, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has released a lengthy series of solo albums over the years, starting with his debut ‘Nils Lofgren’ back in 1975 and most recently with 2011’s Old School’.
