Thurston Moore Shares New Single Mx Liberty

Thursday, 01 February 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

Thurston Moore has shared a new single.

Mx Liberty, backed with a cover of Metal Urbain's Panik, will get a limited edition 7" release through Blank Editions on February 19, a day prior to Not My Presidents Day.

The song features poet Radieux Radio and was recorded with Moore's London-based band, Deb Googe (My Bloody Valentine), James Sedwards (Nøught) and Jem Doulton (Dead Days Beyond Help), at a studio in North London. Head here for more details.

Last year, meanwhile, Moore released 'Rock 'n' Roll Consciousness' and teamed up with Charles Hayward of This Heat for a collaborative LP, 'Improvisations'.
